“Kayakalp GapFinder” (the “App”) is a professional utility tool designed to help healthcare staff perform mock assessments based on the Kayakalp cleanliness and hygiene guidelines. This App is a private initiative and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of the Government of India, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), or the National Health Mission (NHM).
2. No Data Collection (100% Offline)
We believe in absolute privacy. This app is designed to function entirely without an internet connection.
- Local Storage Only: All assessment scores, facility types, and gap analysis results are stored locally on your mobile device’s internal storage (SQLite/Local Preferences).
- No Server Transmission: The App does not transmit, upload, or sync any of your assessment data to any external servers, cloud services, or third parties.
- No Accounts Required: You do not need to create an account, sign in, or provide an email address to use this App.
3. No Permissions Required
To protect your privacy, this App does not request or require access to:
- Location (GPS)
- Camera or Microphone
- Contacts or Phone Identity
- External Storage (Photos/Media)
4. No Advertising or Tracking
This App does not contain any advertisements (Ad-Free) and does not use any third-party tracking or analytics SDKs (such as Google Analytics or Firebase). Your usage patterns remain entirely private to you.
5. Data Control & Deletion
You have 100% control over your data. Because all data is stored on your device:
- You can delete all audit progress by clearing the App’s storage in your phone settings.
- Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all locally stored assessment data. We do not maintain backups of your data.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy if the functionality of the App changes. Any updates will be noted here with a new “Last Updated” date.
